February 2014 Shoot Specials

Three specials for this month featuring Tyler Dyce. I have been studying the lighting and styles of Film Noir pictures that were very popular in the 1930/40's and have tried to recreate a film poster from that time called "China Rose goes to Hong Kong." As well as this I was inspired by the historic  characte of Marie Laveau as portraid by Angela Bassett in American Horror 3: The Coven. .. hence the dark look in the second and third image. Big thanks must go to my hair and makeup department and Karen Hegarty Mua, as well as my wife Amy for refreshments and Dionne for her photographic input.

February 2014 Shoot (Part 1)

The second shoot I did this month took place in the studio with the stunning Tyler Dyce. This time we were doing head and shoulder shots only concentrating on using fascinators and vails. All light was via fresnel lighting for extra depth and mood. Thanks for Karen Hegarty Mua for her hair and makeup, to Amy for her refreshments and Dionne for her photographic assistance.

February 2014 Shoot (Part 2)

I did two shoots this month the first of which was with budding male model Kay Charidza on location in and around Nottingham. With the help of my wife Amy I think I managed to get some good shots of this great looking man.
